You must be 21 or older to order. Delivery confirmation requires an adult signature.
All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days of payment approval. Orders are typically delivered in 2 - 5 weeks depending on your selected shipping method. Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer during holiday seasons, with high mail volume. UK and CANADA orders please allow up to 14 - 21 days for your order to arrive. Contact Us for orders outside of the US.
Shipping Rates include handling and discreet packaging.
Some products may be restricted and cannot be shipped to North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Pennsylvania.

• You will receive an email within 72 hours with your order total including shipping.
• We accept money orders and cashiers checks.
• Items will ship as soon as funds are cleared.

We accept back any item that is in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
All warranty returns or exchanges must be validated by Cloud9 Emporium by your receipt of purchase or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you. If your purchase was not shipped from our warehouse, please contact the affiliate for their return policy and procedures.
